Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to lead our Quality Management System and ensure products, processes, and services comply with regulatory, internal, and customer standards. Key duties include developing and enforcing QMS policies, managing internal and external audits, overseeing QC testing, driving CAPA and root cause analysis, training staff on GMP/HACCP/ISO practices, collaborating with suppliers, and reporting quality performance to senior management. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3–5 years of QA/QC experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, and strong knowledge of QMS, HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards. Full-time, on-site. Salary: PHP40,00–PHP45,00 per month.
