Job Description
The NOC Supervisor oversees day-to-day Network Operations Center activities to ensure continuous monitoring, availability, and reliability of network infrastructure and services. This leadership role manages the NOC team, enforces operational standards, handles incident escalations, and coordinates with Engineering, Field Operations, and Customer Support to meet SLAs and client expectations.
Key duties include:
- Oversee 24/7 monitoring, validate alerts, and coordinate maintenance windows.
- Lead incident management and escalate to Level 2/3 or vendors as needed.
- Manage schedules, performance reviews, training, and policy compliance.
- Maintain documentation, reporting, and adherence to ITIL/ISO standards.
Full-time; Php30,00–35,00/month. Benefits: additional leave, flextime, promotion opportunities, and partial work-from-home after regularization.
