Job Description
We are seeking a driven Outbound Sales Development Representative to generate qualified leads and accelerate new business growth. The successful candidate will proactively prospect through cold calls, email campaigns, and social outreach; qualify inbound and outbound opportunities; and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Requirements:
- 1+ years in B2B sales or SDR roles
- Excellent communication skills and resilience
- Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Goal-oriented attitude and strong follow-through
