Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant & Office Manager to provide high-level support to senior leadership and ensure smooth, efficient office operations. Core responsibilities include calendar and travel management, meeting and agenda preparation, handling confidential documents, coordinating executive priorities, and acting as a professional liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

Additional duties encompass vendor and facilities oversight, procurement, bookkeeping support, and onboarding coordination. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of relevant experience, strong organizational and communication skills, discretion, proficiency in MS Office, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the flexibility to lead and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
