Job Description

  • Supervises all operational activities of the Asset Management.
  • Coordinates all delivery and payment concerns with Procurement Services, Vendor and Contract Management (VCM), accredited vendors, and end-users for resolutions.
  • Plans annual audits and monitors all documents needed in the annual physical inventory of fixed assets.
  • Implements proper guidelines on warehousing, including storage requirements, outgoing of properties, safety, and security.
  • Performs such other tasks germane and analogous to the functions enumerated above or as may be directed by the Executive Director in the general interest of the Office.
