Job Description
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure production targets, quality, and safety standards are met. Responsibilities include supervising staff, scheduling rotating shifts, coaching operators, coordinating maintenance to minimize downtime, enforcing SOPs, monitoring KPIs, implementing Lean improvements, conducting root-cause analysis, and reporting performance.
- Minimum 3 years’ manufacturing supervision experience
- Diploma or degree in engineering or related field
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Familiarity with quality systems and safety regulations
- Available for rotating shifts and proficient with basic computer tools
