Job Description
We are seeking a Medical Claims Liaison Officer to manage claim submissions, coordinate with healthcare providers and insurers, and resolve billing discrepancies. The role includes reviewing medical records, verifying coverage, tracking claim status, and communicating timely updates to patients and stakeholders.
- Requirements: minimum two years’ experience in medical claims or billing; strong knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10/CPT coding, and insurance procedures.
- Skills: excellent communication, keen attention to detail, proficiency with claims management systems preferred, and the ability to prioritize tasks, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
