Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to provide professional, friendly customer service and support daily store operations. Responsibilities include operating the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash, cards, and e-wallets, and reconciling the cash drawer. Maintain a clean, organized cashier area and assist with merchandising, product promotion, and display upkeep.
- Greet customers, promote products, and support sales goals.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts.
- Follow company return policies and promptly report issues to supervisors.
- Work cooperatively with the team to ensure smooth store operations.
