Job Description
Allied Premium Clothing Inc. (Popique Beauty) is seeking a Store In Charge Trainee to lead by example and motivate customers and staff. The role includes supervising Sales Associates, Cashiers, and Stockmen, and managing store operations such as inventory control, sales performance, and customer service standards. Candidates should be college-level (any degree), have retail experience, demonstrated leadership and communication skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to multitask under pressure. This is a full-time, in-person position offering Php16,00–Php16,500 per month with paid training.
