Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources department and ensuring its smooth operation.
Your main responsibilities will include recruiting and hiring new employees, implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, conducting performance evaluations, and overseeing the employee training and development programs.
Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations and working closely with senior management to develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of HR practices and procedures, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. A degree in Human Resources or a related field and prior experience as an HR Manager are strongly preferred.
