Job Description
We are seeking a Team Leader for Beer, Wine & Spirits to lead a retail beverage team, drive sales, and ensure exemplary product presentation and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include daily supervision, staff scheduling and coaching, visual merchandising, inventory and stock control, vendor coordination, and strict age-verification procedures.
- Requirements: minimum 3 years’ experience in beverage retail or food & beverage, proven leadership, comprehensive product knowledge, excellent communication, and proficiency with POS and inventory systems.
