Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Building Maintenance Technician based on Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong City. Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. On-site work is required.
Key responsibilities include electrical systems (inspection, wiring, panels, lighting, generator and elevator work); mechanical and civil maintenance (AC units, fire protection, elevator service, sewage treatment plant, generator upkeep, contractor supervision, repainting, carpentry); and plumbing (leak repair, roofing, toilets, faucets, drains). Ensure compliance with building codes, maintain tools and supplies, and support tenant renovation projects.
Salary: PHP 20,00–20,800/month. Ideal candidates possess hands-on maintenance experience and strong troubleshooting skills.
