Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Revenue Manager to optimize pricing, distribution and forecasting to maximize hotel profitability. You will analyze market data, set dynamic rates, manage channel strategies and collaborate closely with sales and operations teams.
- Key responsibilities: monitor market trends, generate revenue reports, implement RMS and lead yield initiatives to improve RevPAR and ADR.
- Qualifications: minimum 3 years in revenue or distribution management, strong analytical and Excel skills, RMS experience, and proven communication and leadership abilities.
This role requires a strategic mindset, attention to detail and the ability to drive measurable revenue growth.
