Job Description
Join DHL in Manila as a Beer, Wines & Spirits Associate supporting back-end Ocean Freight operations. You will ensure station and country documentation complies with SOPs, achieve SLA and KPI targets, operate assigned shifts and regions, and deliver timely, accurate service. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, escalate operational issues, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure clear information flow.
- Bachelor’s degree (logistics/management preferred)
- 0–3 years BPO or logistics experience (ocean freight preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office; ERP exposure preferred
- Effective English communication, strong logical reasoning, and customer-centric focus
