Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Social Media Specialist to develop and implement platform-specific strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement. The role includes planning and producing compelling content, scheduling posts, managing community interactions, monitoring performance, optimizing campaigns, and running paid social ads.
- Responsibilities: content planning and creation, scheduling, community management, paid social execution, KPI reporting and optimization.
- Requirements: 2+ years managing social accounts, strong writing and visual skills, familiarity with Meta Business Suite or Hootsuite, basic design proficiency, and analytics experience (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Preferred: degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Ability to collaborate across teams and support growth-focused initiatives.
