Job Description
We are seeking a Purchasing Agent to source suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, issue purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods. The position requires close coordination with inventory, quality, and finance teams, maintenance of supplier relationships, and accurate tracking of procurement records to meet cost and lead-time objectives. Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of two years’ procurement experience. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure compliance with purchasing policies are essential.
