Job Description
The Assistant Manager, Site Acquisition will lead site identification, lease negotiations, permitting, and stakeholder engagement for telecommunications infrastructure projects. Key duties include coordinating surveys and due diligence, preparing proposals and budgets, securing permits, managing vendor relationships, and supervising field staff to meet deployment schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in telecom, real estate, or infrastructure
- Proven negotiation and project management skills; experience with GIS and permit processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication; willing to travel and must hold a valid driver’s license
