Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Collections Account Specialist to manage overdue accounts, contact clients, negotiate payment arrangements, and recover receivables while preserving positive customer relationships and adhering to company policy.
- Monitor and prioritize accounts, document all interactions in the CRM, and prepare reporting for management.
- Achieve collection targets, escalate and coordinate with legal when necessary, and recommend appropriate actions.
- Require 1–3 years of collections experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
