Job Description

We are seeking a Workforce Supervisor to lead daily staffing, optimize schedules, and drive team performance for operational efficiency. The role assigns tasks, monitors KPIs, coaches front‑line staff, and enforces safety and company policies. The supervisor will coordinate with HR on staffing, training, and shift adjustments, and prepare regular reports for management.

Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
Strong leadership and communication skills; analytical, problem‑solving mindset
Proficiency with scheduling tools and Microsoft Excel
Bachelor’s degree preferred
