Job Description
We are seeking a professional Guest Service Associate to deliver outstanding hospitality at our Bacoor City location. Responsibilities include welcoming and seating guests, taking and entering orders, serving, closing transactions, resolving complaints, maintaining supplies and cleanliness, adhering to safe food-handling practices, performing suggestive selling, and minimizing waste.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HRM or equivalent (undergraduates welcome), minimum 1 year of hospitality/food-service experience, strong communication skills.
- Location: Revilla Business Park, Emilio Aguinaldo Hwy, Bacoor City, Cavite. Full-time, in-person.
- Compensation: Php600/day. Benefits: health and life insurance, paid training, staff meals, and promotion opportunities.
