Job Description
Novotel Manila Araneta City is seeking an Executive Club Floor Agent to provide warm, professional service in our 401‑suite hotel. The successful candidate will manage guest check‑ins, confirm reservations, assign rooms, issue and activate keys, deliver accurate information, and promote hotel services. The role also includes oversight of Food & Beverage inventory and Premier Club supplies.
- Required: Hospitality graduate with F&B experience
- Must perform well in a fast‑paced environment and demonstrate a commitment to thoughtful guest service
