Job Description
Manage international air cargo operations including booking coordination, preparation of air waybills and customs documentation, shipment tracking, and liaison with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities. Ensure compliance with IATA rules, dangerous goods regulations, and company SOPs while maintaining accurate records and timely communication.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in air freight; familiar with AWB procedures and cargo systems (e.g., CargoWise)
- Proficient in MS Office; strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail
- Able to work well under pressure; fluent English required
