Job Description
Spectrum Travel seeks an in-person Travel Consultant for a 5-month fixed-term assignment. You will create bookings and issue domestic tickets for FIT and group clients, ensuring accurate passenger names, fares, ticketing entries, baggage and seat assignments, and prompt billing reconciliation.
- Monitor unbilled tickets and prepare VPOs for supplier payments.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance to meet client expectations.
- Adhere to company policies, Business Conduct Guidelines, and financial procedures.
The role requires strong attention to detail, timely communication, and flexibility to perform related duties as assigned to support operational efficiency.
