Job Description
We are seeking a Fleet Service Staff member to support the Section Head in maintaining the President/CEO’s land and water vehicles. Responsibilities include conducting initial inspections and routine monitoring, arranging repairs with authorized auto shops, and maintaining records of preventive maintenance schedules, major repairs, insurance, and local government documentation.
- Schedule and oversee vehicle servicing; coordinate with VIP drivers, captains, and crews
- Liaise with vehicle sellers and recommend operational improvements
- Maintain accurate maintenance and compliance records
Requirements: 1–2 years’ experience in fleet or vehicle maintenance, a valid driver’s license, basic mechanical knowledge, strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
