Job Description
Stark Asia Solutions is seeking full-time, in-person Customer Support Specialists in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Manila, to provide courteous and efficient multi-channel support for customers in the UK and Canada. Duties include first-contact resolution, complaint handling, promoting HelloFresh products, documenting issues, recommending process improvements, and executing internal projects.
- Requirements: high school diploma or higher, minimum 1 year international BPO voice experience, strong English proficiency, and willingness to commute to BGC.
- Compensation: up to PHP 28,00/month. Benefits include health and life insurance, paid training, flexible schedules, company events, holiday gift, and promotion opportunities.
