Job Description
We are seeking full‑time Blended Customer Service Representatives for Voice (lead generation/surveys) and Non‑Voice (chat & email) positions. Voice responsibilities include making outbound survey calls, verifying and entering customer data, and adhering to scripts and quality standards. Non‑Voice duties involve responding to chats and emails, providing product and account assistance, and maintaining an excellent customer experience.
- Qualifications: High School/SHS or some college; strong spoken and written English.
- Skills: comfortable with outbound calls, typing 30–45 WPM, attention to detail, multitasking; BPO experience preferred.
- Requirements: willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays; on‑site work.
- Compensation & benefits: Php15,00–20,00/month, health insurance, paid training, company events, and a Christmas gift.
