Job Description
Manna Kimchi seeks full-time, in-person Production Staff to produce high-quality kimchi. Roles rotate between Processing (Mon–Sat, 4:00 AM–1:00 PM) and Packing (Tue–Sun, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM).
- Responsibilities: wash, sort, mix, and season ingredients; follow recipes and hygiene and food-safety SOPs; weigh, portion, label, and seal finished products using FIFO; keep workstations and equipment clean; support production targets and report quality or packaging issues.
- Qualifications: minimum high school graduate, physically fit for repetitive tasks, responsible and honest. No experience required — training provided.
- Compensation: from Php510.00/day. Staff meals provided.
