Job Description
We are seeking a Patient Care Representative to manage inbound and outbound calls as the HMO’s primary representative. Responsibilities include serving as an educator, care manager, and patient advocate; developing individualized phone-based care plans; promoting self-management; and encouraging proactive wellness.
- Qualifications: degree in a related medical field; clinical experience optional.
- Skills: strong verbal and written communication; flexible with shift schedules; BPO experience a plus.
- Employment: Full-time, Permanent; on-site required.
- Compensation: Php20,00–Php25,00/month.
- Work Location & walk-ins: In person. Walk-ins welcome 9am–3pm Mon–Fri at 2nd Floor, One North Mall, Dau, Mabalacat, Pampanga.
