Job Description
Mworld Trading seeks a Retail Store Supervisor to lead operations at MotoMarket Pampanga, Angeles City. You will drive sales growth, increase average transaction value, convert foot traffic into purchases, ensure outstanding customer service, maintain inventory accuracy, and enforce operational standards.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; fluent in English and Filipino; minimum 4 years retail experience with at least 2 years supervising; proven sales and retail operations management skills.
- Attributes: organized, detail-oriented, motorcycle rider/enthusiast, available for full-time on-site work.
