Job Description
Robinsons Department Store seeks a Selling Supervisor to manage daily floor operations, merchandising and inventory control. The role drives department sales to meet or exceed targets, addresses customer inquiries and complaints promptly, and maintains comprehensive product knowledge across brands, styles, materials and pricing.
- Requirements: bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 2–3 years supervisory experience in retail or service; available for rotating shifts.
- Employment: full-time, on-site with benefits including additional leave, company events, health and life insurance, performance-based raises, promotion opportunities and possible conversion to permanent status.
