Job Description
We are seeking a Duty Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain service excellence, supervise staff, coordinate interdepartmental activities, and manage guest complaints and emergencies. The position upholds safety and quality standards, oversees shift reports and inventory control, and assists with staff training and scheduling.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; minimum 3 years in hospitality, retail, or operations.
- Skills: Demonstrated leadership, excellent communication, strong problem-solving, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Availability: Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends.
