Job Description
Honda Phil is seeking a Service Advisor. Applicants must have a degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field; prior automotive service experience is preferred. Candidates should understand preventive maintenance, general repairs, and vehicle diagnostics, and hold a valid four‑wheel driver’s license.
Key responsibilities: greeting customers, preparing cost estimates and job orders, providing timely service updates, explaining work performed, and resolving complaints. The role requires excellent interpersonal, verbal, and nonverbal communication skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to multitask under pressure. Must meet monthly aftersales targets and maintain dealership service standards.
