Job Description
Lead the design and execution of the Hotel Training Plan and budget in alignment with hotel strategy and culture. Assess training needs, oversee departmental programs, and ensure learning initiatives reflect Swissotel values.
- Requirements: minimum 5 years L&D experience, strong knowledge of HR processes, proven leadership, interpersonal and training skills, and excellent verbal and written communication. Luxury brand experience preferred.
