Job Description
The Trading Services Associate I supports daily trade processing and settlement for equity and fixed-income products, ensuring timely confirmations and accurate records throughout the trade lifecycle.
- Perform trade matching and reconciliation; resolve breaks with trading desks and custodians.
- Maintain documentation to meet regulatory and audit requirements.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and control.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, proficiency in Excel and trade platforms. 0–2 years of experience in operations or finance preferred.
