Job Description
We are seeking a Merchandising Manager to lead assortment, pricing, and visual merchandising across all channels. You will develop and execute strategies to maximize sales and margin, analyze trends and inventory, and collaborate closely with buying, marketing, and store teams. Manage vendor relationships and drive category performance through data-driven assortment planning, pricing optimization, and inventory control.
- Minimum 5 years’ merchandising experience in retail or FMCG
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Proficiency with merchandising systems and advanced Excel
