Job Description

Waltermart Supermarket, Inc. seeks a Selling Supervisor to drive category profitability and oversee daily selling operations. The role includes ensuring excellent customer service, building category performance (sales targets, safety, sanitation, and bad order control), executing promotions accurately and on time, and maintaining 100% inventory accuracy for assigned categories. The supervisor will also manage sales support staff and merchandisers.

• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Administration, or Customer Service Management
• Minimum two years’ retail or food-service store management experience
