Job Description

We seek a full-time Inventory Clerk to manage receiving, recording, storing, and issuing stock at our ecological park. The role requires preparing weekly receiving reports and Monday inventory accounts, conducting physical counts and reconciliations, and maintaining accurate system records.

• Issue items with proper documentation and enforce first-in, first-out (FIFO) practices
• Monitor stock levels, ensure correct labeling and storage, and keep the stockroom orderly
• Coordinate requisitions and purchase orders with departments and the Accounting Officer
• Assist Food & Beverage as needed and adhere to inventory control and safety procedures

Compensation: Php510.00/day. Benefits: employee discount and paid training. In-person position.
