Job Description
We seek a Control Management professional to design, implement, and monitor internal control frameworks that ensure regulatory compliance, mitigate risk, and enhance operational efficiency across the organization.
- Responsibilities: conduct risk assessments, perform control testing, coordinate internal and external audits, maintain control documentation, report KPIs, and recommend cross-functional process improvements.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field; minimum 3 years’ experience in control, risk, or compliance roles; strong analytical skills; proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel; excellent communication abilities.
