Job Description
We seek a Medical Operations Team Manager to lead clinical operations, streamline workflows, and uphold exceptional patient-care standards. You will supervise a multidisciplinary team, coordinate staffing and schedules, and implement clinical protocols to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous quality improvement.
- Oversee performance monitoring, process improvement initiatives, and budget management.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing leadership, and administrative departments.
- Drive operational efficiency while maintaining patient safety and care quality.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or related field (advanced degree preferred), minimum five years in medical operations or clinical management, demonstrated leadership, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills.
