Job Description
Robinsons Lipa seeks a Theater Operations Supervisor to oversee daily cinema operations, lead staff, and ensure outstanding guest service while achieving revenue objectives. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and operational oversight.
- Manage front- and back-of-house teams; enforce safety and service standards
- Prepare schedules and assign relievers; coordinate with mall management
- Monitor performance, resolve guest issues, and support revenue targets
