Job Description
Arbeit Consultancy, Inc. seeks a professional Sales Agent to manage inbound and outbound calls, convert inquiries into sales, and perform upselling and cross-selling. Responsibilities include assessing customer needs, recommending suitable solutions, providing accurate product information, resolving objections, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Requirements: minimum 1 year BPO sales experience; willingness to work on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa on night and shifting schedules; residence in nearby areas.
- Employment: Full-time; salary Php25,00–30,00/month.
- Benefits: additional leave, company events, health insurance, and a pathway to permanent employment.
