Job Description
JISMAR EQUIPMENT TRADING AND SERVICES INC. is seeking an on-site HR & Payroll Specialist in Quezon City. The role covers daily timekeeping, OT/OB validation, payroll consolidation and preparation (PHP 20,00–25,00/month). You will review attendance, verify supervisor approvals and supporting documents, coordinate with branch administrators, maintain payroll records, assist with SS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG remittances, and liaise with HR, Operations, and Finance. Monday–Saturday schedule.
- Requirements: Degree in HR, Business, or Accounting;
- Experience in payroll or timekeeping and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills;
- Highly detail-oriented and able to perform repetitive tasks for multi-branch field operations.
