Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Caller to manage outbound calling campaigns for debt relief services. You will coach and mentor callers, ensure regulatory and ethical compliance, optimize scripts, and monitor performance to meet targets. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in debt collection or financial call centers, strong leadership abilities, excellent verbal and written communication, CRM proficiency, and a commitment to client-focused, compliant service.
