Job Description
We are seeking a Level 2 IT Support Specialist to provide advanced technical assistance to end users. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues; managing and prioritizing support tickets; performing escalations; and maintaining accurate documentation. The role also supports user account administration, backups, and system updates.
- Requirements: 2+ years helpdesk experience, strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, basic networking, and remote support tools.
- Skills: excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications and willingness to be on-call.
