Job Description
Mariposa Budget Hotel seeks a professional Receptionist and Cashier to manage front-desk operations and cash handling. Primary responsibilities include:
- Cash transactions: collect payments, issue receipts, reconcile cash, prepare daily sales reports, manage petty cash, and perform secure drops.
- Guest services: greet guests, handle inquiries and calls, process orders, and provide wake-up call services.
- Operations coordination: report maintenance issues, coordinate with housekeeping for check-outs and cleaning, monitor room availability, and maintain lobby cleanliness.
Qualifications: college degree in hotel management preferred; prior hotel or cashier experience advantageous; excellent communication and customer service skills. Full-time, on-site position.
