We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Virtual Assistant to manage inquiries by email, chat, and phone, resolve customer issues, and maintain CRM records. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills are required.
- Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customers, track and update support tickets, escalate when necessary, process orders, and deliver accurate product information.
- Requirements: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, fluent English (US), reliable internet access, and basic CRM knowledge.
