Job Description
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee cloud operations across the EMEA region, ensuring continuous service reliability, rapid incident resolution, and ongoing performance optimization.
- Manage a distributed operations team, coordinate deployments, and enforce SRE best practices.
- Lead incident response, post-incident reviews, and escalations with engineering and customers.
- Drive automation and infrastructure-as-code initiatives (Terraform, CI/CD) across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Requires 5+ years in cloud operations, strong multi-cloud expertise, excellent English communication, and availability for EMEA shift coverage.
