Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to deliver courteous, professional assistance via phone, email, and chat. You will resolve inquiries, process orders, escalate issues to appropriate teams, and uphold high service standards.
- Respond promptly to customer requests and follow up on open cases.
- Document interactions accurately in the CRM and maintain case records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and recommend process improvements.
Requirements: minimum 1 year of customer service experience, fluent English, basic computer proficiency, ability to work in shifts, strong communication and problem-solving skills, patience, and a positive team-oriented attitude.
