Job Description
Geidi IT Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Accounting Officer to join its Australian-accounting team on-site in Ortigas Center, Pasig. This full-time, in-person position is a fixed day shift with weekends off and offers career growth in a supportive environment.
- Process payroll for 50+ timesheets per fortnight.
- Manage accounts payable: POs, supplier invoice verification, reconciliations, and payment runs.
- Handle accounts receivable: client orders, invoicing, and collections.
- Perform ad hoc finance duties; future tasks may include labour-hire timesheet management and monthly reporting.
- Requirements: bachelor’s degree, minimum 5 years’ accounting experience, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and professional communication. Experience with MYOB, Strumis, Roshtek, or international clients is advantageous.
