Job Description
PEAK OUTSOURCING seeks a formal, persuasive, and dynamic Customer Service and Sales Representative to support daily sales and client relations. Responsibilities include taking orders by phone, chat, and email; proactively engaging prospects; resolving inquiries; submitting daily productivity reports; and coordinating internally to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Requirements: minimum 1 year BPO sales experience, excellent verbal and written communication, and willingness to work onsite in Makati with shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays. Full-time compensation is Php28,00–43,00/month. Benefits: health and life insurance, paid training, promotion opportunities, and regular pay reviews. Chat and email experience preferred.
